   卧龙资源网 提供本片资源  When asked to articiate in the Cinema, of Our Time series, Chantal Akerman jokingly suggested herself as subject matter. She envisioned a film consisting solely of excerts from her films, but when ressed by the roducers to include footage of herself, Akerman grudgingly agreed, and divided the film into two arts. The first art oens with Akerman in her aartment, reading from a text directly to the camera, describing the roblems she encountered making this film. What emerges from this mise-en-scene is a funny, often ersonal, and always thoughtful confession from this extremely ercetive filmmaker. Part two lets Akerman#39;s films seak for her, taking clis from her extensive filmograhy and linking them anonymously until they form a new film. There are scenes from JEANNE DIELMAN, her best-known film, but also glimses of several other works - forays into exerimental film, comedic shorts, musicals, narrative features - including an early short that stars a very young Chantal.
